GARLIC SHRIMP 
2 sm. garlic cloves
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 lb. shrimp

After cleaning shrimp thoroughly, place them on heated skillet previously greased with butter. Crush the garlic with the parsley and spread this mixture over the shrimp while still on the skillet. Turn shrimp on both sides so that they brown evenly. Serve with lettuce, parsley and tomatoes.
