CRISP SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. cooking oil

1 c. butter

1 c. white sugar

1 c. 10X sugar

2 eggs

4 1/4 c. flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cream of tartar

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract

Beat the oil, butter, eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll in small balls. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
