GRANDMA'S CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cabbage, cut into big chunks 1 med. green pepper, cut up 1 med. onion, cut up 1 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 c. cracker or bread crumbs 1 c. milk 4 tbsp. butter Cook cabbage in 1 tablespoon butter for 5 minutes. Saute onions and pepper in the rest of the butter. Mix these together with 1 cup cheese in baking dish. Top with crumb and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
