EXTRA EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain off syrup)

Do not grease pan, 9 x 13 inch. Do not preheat oven.

Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, room temperature
