POTATO SALAD 
5 hard-cooked eggs (or only the whites)
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. salt
2 c. mayonnaise (light)
1/4 c. Durkee's sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
5 lbs. red potatoes
2 1/2 c. cut-up celery
2 tbsp. garlic vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Cook eggs. Chop onions. Mix sauce and put in ice box (onions, celery seed, salt, mayonnaise, Durkee's, mustard). Cut up celery. Wash and cook potatoes (not peeled).

Cube the potatoes; sprinkle with mixture of vinegar and sugar. Mix patties with sauce. Add celery and sliced or cubed eggs.
