SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef (or gr. turkey)
Opt.- 1/2 -1 lb. Italian sausage sliced
4 green onions chopped fine including green ends
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced
2 cans sliced mushroom or use fresh
1 lg. can tomato paste and 1 can water
1 lg. can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Season with 1 - 2 teaspoons basil and oregano, 1 bay leaf, garlic salt, pepper, and parsley.

Let simmer on low for several hours. Serve over spaghetti or stir spaghetti into sauce. Top with grated mozzarella and cheddar. Let melt. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with buttered French bread or garlic bread. Turkey Italian sausage can be used.
