DELUXE PEAS AND MUSHROOMS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chopped pimento

Cook frozen peas according to package directions. Drain well. Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper. Add cooked peas and pimento. Cover, heat through.
