DIVINITY CANDY 
4 c. sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water to cream

Take 1 cup sugar and caramelize it. When sugar and milk are boiling and caramelized sugar. Cook to a soft ball. Add butter and cook to a hard ball. Remove from heat. Beat with mixer. Add nuts and beat by hand. You can either drop by spoonfuls on wax paper or cut in pan when cool.
