SHERBET PUNCH 
1/2 gal. sherbet ice cream (lime is good)
1 lg. can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 liters 7-Up

Thaw orange juice. Put in bottom of punch bowl. Unwrap ice cream and set on orange juice. Pour 7-Up over ice cream slowly. Let sit for about 5 to 10 minutes and then serve as a punch. 7-Up can be added periodically until the ice cream is gone.
