SHEPHERD STYLE EGGS | |
8 slices toast 8 thin slices Mozzarella cheese 4 thin slices Prosciutto 4 eggs 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 tsp. salt Place 1 slice cheese and 1/2 slice Prosciutto between 2 slices toast. Fry each egg in olive oil on one side and place a fried egg on each sandwich. Sprinkle with salt and place all sandwiches on greased baking dish. Bake in hot oven (400 degree) for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
