3 lg. cucumbers, peeled, sliced lengthwise, seeds removed, coarsely chopped
1 c. seedless grapes
1 avocado, diced
2 lg. cloves garlic
3 c. chicken stock or 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 c. plain yogurt
2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream
3 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce

ACCOMPANIMENTS:

2 tomatoes, peeled, juiced, seeded, chopped
1/2 c. scallions, finely chopped
1 green pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 c. almonds, slivered, toasted
1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
1 c. garlic croutons
