SOYBEAN SNACK | |
1 c. soybeans 2 ounces butter Dash of salt or garlic salt Soak the beans overnight in salted water. Simmer in soaking water for 1 1/2 hours. Drain well and spread into shallow pan. Oven roast at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until brown. Sprinkle lightly with butter and salt. |
