2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Do not grease pan. A 9 x 13 inch pan is very full when baked. You may stir this in baking pan if desired. Mix dry ingredients in pan first then add moisture and stir. There should be some bumps but should bake out. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes; ovens vary. Keep checking to see if done. Do not over cook.
