EASY POT ROAST 
1 med. pot roast (3-4 lb.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Wylers onion soup and dip mix

Put meat in foil lined pan. Use entire can of soup to cover all sides of roast. Generously sprinkle each side of roast with dry onion soup mix. Do not salt. Wrap tightly in foil. Gravy will be brown and flavorful. Bake at 350 for 3-4 hours.
