WEIGHT WATCHER CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
1 c. water
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar

Cut carrots in match sticks (4 cups). Bring water to boil, add broth, mix and stir to dissolve. Add carrots, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add butter and sugar. Cook uncovered until most of the liquid is gone and carrots are glazed. Approximately 5 minutes.
