GLAZED SUNFLOWER NUTS 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sunflower nuts

Line the bottom of a shallow baking pan with foil; set pan aside. In a heavy 10 inch skillet, combine sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar melts and turns a rich brown color. Remove skillet from heat. Immediately add sunflower nuts. Stir to coat nuts evenly. Spread mixture onto the prepared baking pan. Cool completely. Break mixture into clusters. Makes 6 (1/3 cup) servings.
