CHEESY CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. water
1 box frozen broccoli
2 c. milk
2 c. Velveeta, cubed (3/4 lb.)
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 c. flour

Cook broccoli in water and bouillon. Mix milk, cheese and flour in blender. Add to broccoli. Season with ground pepper. Cook - not boil. Serve with croutons and mushrooms.
