CHEESY POTATO BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 boxes Au Gratin Potatoes
1 (49 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 can Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 c. milk (I use dehydrated)
5 grinds of white pepper from mill
10 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 lg. onions
32 oz. chopped frozen broccoli
1 stalk fresh broccoli
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 c. water

Use an 8 quart pot.

Mix all liquids together and chopped onion. Simmer 10-12 minutes.

Add all potatoes and mix from boxes. Simmer an additional 15 minutes.

Add broccoli. Simmer an additional 10-12 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and soup. Simmer an additional 5 minutes.
