HOMEMADE CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
4 to 5 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
16 oz. bag frozen cut broccoli
1 can (13 oz.) chicken broth
1 1/2 c. shredded med. cheddar cheese
1 can (13 oz.) milk (evaporated)
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
Thickening - about 1/2 c. flour & 1 c. water in shaker

Cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Add broccoli and cook. Drain. Add chicken broth, milk, onions and cheese. Bring to boil, stirring so won't stick. Add thickening until creamy.
