PEA SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, shredded
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawrys)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Spread lettuce on bottom of bowl. Sprinkle green onions, celery, water chestnuts and frozen peas. Spread mayonnaise across top evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and garlic powder on top. This is best if this part is made 24 hours in advance, not a must.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 sm. tomatoes, chopped

Sprinkle on top before serving.
