ORIENTAL CHICKEN | |
2 whole chicken breasts, halved or 1 chicken, cut up 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. low sodium Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce Line baking pan with foil for easy clean up. Place chicken on foil, skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients. Brush chicken with mixture; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally with butter mixture and pan juices. NOTE: Recipe can be made healthier by removing skin and fat from chicken before placing in pan. |
