BOURBON-MUSTARD MARINATE FOR
CHICKEN
 
1 c. water
1 c. soy sauce (tamari)
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. bourbon (whiskey)
6 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate meat 2-24 hours. Use as baste during cooking.
