PINK FROZEN CHAMPAGNE SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
Few drops red food coloring (optional)
1 lg. container whipped topping
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 lg. can pineapple, drained

Cream the sugar with the cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Add strawberries, pecans and pineapple.

Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish and freeze. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Cut in squares to serve.
