FROZEN "PINK CHAMPAGNE" SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 3/4 c. sugar 2 sliced bananas 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries 1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip While cream cheese is soft, mix well with sugar. Then add drained pineapple, frozen strawberries and Cool Whip. Last fold in sliced bananas. Place in 9 x 13 inch glass and freeze covered tightly. Cut into 2 to 3 inch squares and serve on lettuce. (This will keep for days - even weeks - if kept in a Tupperware container, covered.) |
