CHEESY POTATOES 
8 white potatoes
8 oz. Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3 tbsp. butter
Tony Chachere's Seasoning to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut up potatoes into cubes, boil, drain, and mash them. Save some cheese for topping. Stir in butter, grated cheeses and seasoning. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.
