CHEESY HAMBURGER PIE 
8 oz. wavy egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 tbsp. minced onion
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can French green beans
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. bag shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix hamburger, onion, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and beans. Simmer on stove top for 10 minutes. Mix corn muffin mix according to package directions. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan and layer ingredients as follows: Noodles, Colby Jack cheese, hamburger mix, and Parmesan. Top with cornmeal mix. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until muffin mix is browned.
