9 x 9 pan, oil and flour
1 yellow pudding cake, save 2/3 c. cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Mix eggs with sour cream and cake mix. Spread 1/2 in pan. Top with 1/2 streusel mix. Pour over remaining batter. Top with remaining streusel mix.

STREUSEL MIX:

2/3 c. cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
Apples
Nuts

Bake at 350 degrees.
