QUICKIE GRILLED SANDWICH 
Sliced bread, your choice
Peanut butter
Onion, sliced thin
Sliced American cheese
Mayonnaise

Spread thin layer of peanut butter on sliced bread; add thinly sliced onions and slice of cheese. Put together as sandwich, then spread thin layer of mayonnaise on outside of "sandwich". Grill in frypan or on a skillet. Delicious and full of protein!
