REGINNA 
1 lb. Italian sausage (hot)
1 lb. ground beef
24 oz. bread crumbs
5 celery stalks
3 onions
30 oz. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
1 c. chopped turkey gizzards
1 c. chopped turkey livers
3 tbsp. basil
3 tbsp. oregano
3 tbsp. fennel seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. butter

Brown sausage, ground beef, celery, onions, garlic with basil, oregano and fennel, salt and pepper. Hold. Bring butter, chicken broth and water to boil. Mix in bread crumbs and take off heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. When times up fluff. Add ground meat mixture to bread crumb stuffing mixture. Then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown.
