COWBOY SAUSAGE 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 lb. hashbrowns
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces. Mix soup, sour cream, onions, milk and spices. Place hash brown in a large casserole dish. Pour mixture over potatoes and top with sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
