COWBOY CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 onion, diced
1/2 stick butter (I don't use)
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. grated cheese
Garlic or chili powder to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup

Cook spaghetti until tender. Brown onion in butter or Pam. Add ground round and cook until browned. Add salt, pepper and seasoning to taste. Add mushroom soup, tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix spaghetti and meat sauce together. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Put in casserole. Top with cheese and heat at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Freezes well.
