ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. Romano cheese
1/2 c. oil
3 c. chopped unpeeled zucchini
1 tsp. onion soup mix
garlic powder
parsley
1 c. Bisquick

Beat eggs till very foamy. Fold in cheese, oil, zucchini, soup mix, garlic powder and parsley. Add Bisquick. Pour into 9 or 10 inch pie plate, greased with butter.

Bake at 400°F for 30 - 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
