FRIED RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 chicken breast, chopped to size of a pea
2 slices of onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
2 fried eggs
Chopped green onions

Fry chicken and onion in oil then add rice and stir. Cook until chicken is done. Fry 2 eggs and chop fine. Serve on plate; sprinkle top with chopped eggs and chopped green onions.
