FRONTIER-HOMINY 
3 lg. green onions, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
5 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained)
1 (15 oz.) can hominy (drained)
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Saute onion and pepper in 3 tablespoons butter. Add cooked beef. Add hominy, chili powder and tomato sauce. Put in a casserole.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, add 1 cup milk. Stir constantly until cheese has melted and sauce is thick. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
