GREEN PEPPERS STUFFED WITH PORK SAUSAGE DRESSING | |
6 green peppers, topped, seeds removed & pulp removed 1 lb. pork sausage 6 or 8 lg. potatoes, peeled, boiled & mashed 1 lg. onion, diced fine 2 stalks celery, cut up fine 1 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper to taste Enough milk to moisten Parboil peppers in salt water for 5 minutes; mix together remaining ingredients; stuff peppers. Put them in a deep baking dish with a little water in the bottom; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
