HAM AND EGG BRUNCH 
7 slices day old bread, cubed
2 c. precooked ham
2 sm. cans mushrooms
2 c. sharp Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese or combination of both
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

FIRST LAYER: Put bread in buttered pan (9 x 13 inches) - (butter bread and break into cubes).

SECOND LAYER: Cubed ham.

THIRD LAYER: Mushrooms.

FOURTH LAYER: Cheese.

FIFTH LAYER: Eggs (beaten) with milk and mustard, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
