SPINACH DIP | |
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 (5/8 oz.) pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix 8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped fine 3 green onions, with tops, chopped fine Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill at least 3 hours. Using large round loaf of bread (dark rye or wheat) tear out the top and center into bite-size pieces, leaving the loaf bowl-shaped. Pour spinach mixture into the bowl-shaped bread and arrange the pieces around the edge (just before serving). |
