SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 c. drained bean sprouts
2 c. water chestnuts
2 c. bamboo shoots
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, diced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brandy
Onion flakes

Dressing to be made 1 day in advance to permit flavors to blend.
