SOUPER MEAT LOAF 
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. packed cornflake crumbs or 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
Dash of pepper

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Put meat rack in a shallow baking pan. Shape meat mixture firmly into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Yield: Serves 8.

NOTE: I like to top the meat loaf with ketchup before baking.
