HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans hominy, drained
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz (jalapeno or plain)
1 1/2 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning

Melt butter in skillet and add all ingredients, except pimentos. Cook slowly a few minutes. Add the pimentos. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Can be done in slow cooker.
