3 cans white hominy, drained
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 lg. carton sour cream

Mix all ingredients; reserving about 1 cup of cheese. Sprinkle this on top of casserole after placing it in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through, about 45 minutes.
