HOMINY CASSEROLE 
4 c. canned hominy, drained
2 c. tomato soup plus 1 can water
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 med. onion diced
1/2 c. green chilies, canned
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. grated cheese (any kind)

Mix well and bake in a greased casserole 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle lightly with paprika just prior to serving.
