CHILI RELLENO 
3 cans whole green chilies
2 eggs
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Grease a baking dish. Layer cheese and chilies. Beat egg, milk, flour and salt together. Pour over chilis and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
