FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 whole eggs
1 med. can fruit cocktail with juice

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts

Whipped cream

Mix all cake ingredients together and beat for 3 minutes by hand. Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 11 inch pan. Top with brown sugar and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
