1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar

Roll out dough, prick and bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees.

1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
Some grated lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. unflavored yogurt
1/3 c. currants (optional)
