CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. canola oil
3/4 c. water
4 large eggs
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 bag chocolate chips
confectioners sugar (for sprinkling over cake)

Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk to remove the large lumps.

Add oil and next 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Stir in chips, pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a wooded pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool cake in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.

****YOU MUST USE A WIRE WHISK OR THE CAKE WILL NOT TURN OUT. SPOONS OR MIXERS WILL NOT WORK.****
