SQUASH CASSEROLE 
7 med. yellow squash
1 can creamed corn
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 stick butter
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook squash as usual. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Mix with cooked, drained squash. Beat egg. Mix with creamed corn. Mix with other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
