TACO DIP 
1 16 oz. sour cream
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
1 (16 oz.) salsa (degree heat your choice)
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. red pepper
Chips, Tostadas, Doritos or similar
Shredded taco or Mexican cheese
tomatoes (optional)

In a large bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese. Add salsa and seasonings. Mix well and chill for about 2 hours.

Serve in individual bowls. Add cheese on top and diced tomatoes. Serve with chips.
