PIMIENTO CHEESE SANDWICHES | |
1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 can evaporated milk 1 can pimiento Put milk and cheese in top of double boiler; place over hot water and steam, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and thoroughly blended with the milk. Remove from stove; cool. Add chopped pimientos and salt to taste (if desired). Keep in covered container in refrigerator. |
