BLUEBERRY STREUSEL CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed & patted dry
4 tbsp. butter, soft
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. milk

STREUSEL:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. chilled butter, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter and flour 8 x 8 inch pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl; mix well. Add blueberries; toss to coat. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and mix. Add milk and beat just until blended. Add wet mixture to flour mixture. Stir by hand until just blended. Pour into pan.

Streusel: Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on to cake. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
